He knows Kerala region by heart and was able to give us very good local recommendation for places to visit, restaurants to eat, shops to shop. Saju is always punctual and in good mood. An adventure that will always have a very special place in my heart. It was just sooooo AMAZING?. I am glad that I decided to contact IRIS Holidays when I saw them on Instagram. It was my wish to experience Onam in Kerala with the locals, since back home in Malaysia, we only celebrate it for a day, on Thiruvonam. It was my first solo trip where I did not know anyone and had to completely trust and leave everything in the hands of the travel agency. I was amazed by the prompt and efficient assistance provided by Mr. George Joseph (Travel Adviser and Designer) to customise the itinerary built to my request for my Onam adventure, considering my very very short timeline and it being in the midst of the ongoing Onam festivities. I contacted Iris Holidays on 18th August 2026, booked my ticket on 21st August and everything was finalised by 22nd August and I flew to Kochi, Kerala on 23rd August. Just in 5 days ?.

Huge thanks to George from Iris Holidays for organizing a fantastic, tailor-made trip to Kerala! Every detail was meticulously planned, and George always suggested the absolute best properties for our stays. One crucial piece of advice for future travelers: always trust his recommendations! I actually insisted on booking one specific property against George's expert advice, and it turned out to be the only downside of our entire trip. However, the moment we had a bad experience there, George immediately stepped in and arranged a fantastic new property for us in Thekkady. His prompt support was incredible.

We had a fantastic two week holiday seeing the sights of Kerala. Our contact at Iris holidays was George, he worked with us to put together an itinerary which included stays in Kochi, Munnar and Kovalam. I created a custom trip with George Joseph. I explained i was a woman travelling alone, looking for a culturally rich nice week in Kerala that was not rushed. The hotels were outstanding, the driver/guide was kind, so knowledgeable, prompt at every point, extremely clean and very patient for all the pictures i wanted to take.
