An MBA from FMS Delhi, and an electronics engineer Lijo brings over two decades of experience in technology, product development and business growth. He previously held leadership roles as the VP at Paytm, founding team member and VP at Paytm Money, SVP at BYJU'S and VP at Practo and two startups which were acquired by Flipkart and Reliance, building and scaling digital products used by millions of customers in India and across the world.

George's passion for Kerala and genuine care for travellers make him a favourite among Iris Holidays guests. Known for his friendly approach, local expertise and attention to detail, he has earned appreciation from travellers through numerous online reviews.

Before joining Iris Holidays in 2010, George worked with hotels and tour companies in Goa and Munnar. He started as a Trip Designer and grew with the company to lead its entire Kerala inbound tour business, overseeing holiday planning, operations and guest experiences in 2026.
