Saranya

Saranya was an online travel angel for us in Canada because within 24 hrs of contact she drew up a whole, customized 9 day itinerary with amazing hotels and sightseeing suggestions - including a private driver with a vehicle large enough to accommodate our party of 6. Our driver, Akhil, was also a god send. We had some long drive days, sometimes in tricky traffic or mountainous roads, but our two young boys always managed to sleep soundly. He even helped with booking our shows and taking us wherever we wanted, including his own suggestions. Thank you Iris Holidays. Cannot recommend them enough!

From my initial contact with Iris Holidays, to which I was attracted by the exceptional reviews here at Tripadvisor, I came in contact with Saranya who became our trip adviser. We immediately knew that we were in professional and safe hands, all of our queries were answered in a timely and friendly manner, and our trip customised to enable us to start from our hotel in Kochi and be dropped off at another hotel in Kovalam at the end of the tour. The package that was put together was Munnar (2 nights), Thekkady (2 nights), Alleppey (1 night), Alleppey Private Houseboat (1 night) and Marari (1 night). I was a bit apprehensive about paying 50% deposit in advance, but this worry was not necessary at all. We opted for 4* accommodation which was just perfect, with very well selected hotels throughout the trip. Our driver Mr Kannan was just amazing, he drove very safely in some challenging situations, took care of us and we felt secure in the knowledge that he was keeping an eye on our luggage whenever we left the car to visit attractions. We were two people and the Innova car was a perfect size for us to be comfortable, and to accommodate all of our luggage for 3 weeks of travelling.

Our Kerala trip organized by Iris Travels has exceeded our expectations. Saranya did a great job organizing through diligent correspondence and attention to detail to accommodate a plan that fits our needs. We were 2 friends (girls) and we had a great time- all hotels and activities were amazing and we are especially grateful for our driver Babu Antony for his excellent service. He was extraordinarily caring, considerate, respectful and made our trip very memorable. He was flexible, made us feel comfortable, shared so many interesting facts and fun conversations about Kerala, was especially pleasant, and drove skillfully but smoothly.

Our tour was tailored by Ms. Saranya of Iris holidays pvt. Ltd. . From 6th January 2026 to 10th January 2026. Athirapilly , Munnar & Alleppey hiring a private car . All our hotels were having scenic locations & friendly staff. Food was delicious.
