From the very first contact with Iris, I was very impressed. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which they responded to my emails, the email conversation to tailor my trip and the value for money delivered. I had originally priced the trip through a well-known UK agent and, by using Iris and Expedia, shaved £1500 off the total cost!!
Payments from the UK were receipted to give reassurance. On arrival we were greeted by a member of the Iris team who introduced us to our driver Mr Shajar. I had originally thought that we did not need a driver, though Mr Shajar’s knowledge of the areas we visited and his availability via WhatsApp was invaluable in finding the best attractions, restaurants, beers and money exchange.
He was always polite and courteous and went out of his way to ensure that our holiday met our needs and aspirations. Our Iris contact Arun was regularly in touch to check everything was ok and responded immediately when one hotel did not meet our expectations. A great service “end to end” and Highly recommended
