Family Trip to Kerala Review
Very Friendly staff and delicious tea and food at the resort in Munnar. We had some issues with facilities in the hotel initially but after your customer care called them they fixed it quickly. The food was slightly more spicy if few resorts but Kondai Lip was the best hotel that we stayed in with best staff, beautiful setting and perfect food. The driver was also very friendly and helpful and the overall experience was much above our expectations.
