Vijeesh received us at the Kochin airport and very efficiently he gave us all documents and introduced us to our driver. We spent 2 nights in Munnar (Camellia & Eletaria), where we enjoyed a spice garden, an elefant ride and organized an excursion to the tea plantations.
The day we spent on the houseboat in Alleppey (backwaters) was amazing. Delicious food was prepared by our private cook. The crew was friendly, despite only one of them spoke acceptable English. On our last day we visited Fort Kochin, where our driver (Afsal) showed us the city and gave us free space and plenty of time to visit. In general we are satisfied with our experience, even though the cleanliness of the accommodations wasn\'t reaching western standards. We would like to do a special mention to our driver Afsal, who is the reason for the 5 star review. He is a calm driver, who always stayed profesional, punctual and flexible adapting to our demands.
