We (7 adults) took a short 6-day tour around Kerala. We visited Kochi, Munnar, Thekkaddy, and Alleppey. The places we saw were breathtakingly beautiful, and we would love to return some day and stay longer in Kerala. Our tour operator was Saranya, who always responded to my requests (and I had many) very swiftly. She did a great job in setting up the trip for us!
We opted for hotels with 4 stars or more, and the resorts Saranya arranged for us were absolutely beautiful. We wish we could have stayed longer everywhere. Our driver Raj was very kind and competent, and always punctual and reachable. We always felt comfortable during the long drives. He was able to speak fluent English and Hindi with us!
Perhaps one of the only minus points was that on our initial arrival, the car that was arranged for us was too small. It did not comfortably fit 7 adult passengers and luggage at all. This was quickly resolved by Iris Holidays and a bigger car (mini tour bus) was arranged which was far better, but unfortunately we had to pay extra for this. We feel that this should have been arranged this way from the start, but I won\'t detract stars from it due to how quickly it was resolved (within an hour). Overall a great and memorable trip.
