3 Days Kerala Ayurveda Package (2 Nights)- Overview
Rejuvenate your body and mesmerize your mind with these magical three days combo package. Feel enormous relief from muscle pain, stress and also nourish your hair follicles and skin tone.
As Ayurvedic system of treatment is strictly personalized, the exact treatment and medicines can be fixed after detailed consultation with the doctor. The treatments, which are given along with the packages, may vary according to the body constitution and condition. Uniquely prepared herbal oils especially suited for your body constitution will be used for massage. Gentlemen will have male masseurs and Ladies will have female masseurs for body massage and other health programs. Some of the programs are not suitable for the very aged (above 80 yrs), very young (under 10 yrs), heart patient and pregnant woman. If you have a previous medical history of heart disease, blood pressure, allergies, chronic skin diseases or asthma, please confirm your consultation. Ensure you have prior appointments for your sessions. Recommended to attend the massages as directed by the physician for optimum results.

Day 1
Arrival and Doctor Consult with therapy
On arrival, you’ll be picked up from the airport and transferred to the retreat for a smooth check-in. Your programme begins with a detailed consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, where your health history, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, stress levels, and current concerns are discussed. The doctor may assess pulse/tongue and identify your body constitution and imbalances, then personalise therapies, oils, and dietary guidance for the stay. Daily duration: Ayurveda treatments are typically 1 hour 30 minutes per day, and Yoga is 1 hour.
After you’ve settled in, begin with Abhyangam, a warm herbal oil massage to ground the body and release tension. Continue with Elakizhi, where warm herbal leaf poultices are applied to ease stiffness and bring comforting heat. End with a Steam Bath to help you feel lighter and deeply relaxed.

Rebalance Day with Yoga and Shirodhara
Start with a brief doctor check-in to review how your body responded and fine-tune oils, pressure, and intensity if needed. Continue with Yoga (1 hour) to gently energize the body and steady the mind.
Follow with Abhyangam and then Shirodhara, a deeply calming therapy that supports mental stillness and restful sleep. Finish with a soothing Face Pack to cool and nourish the skin. Daily duration: Ayurveda treatments 1 hour 30 minutes + Yoga 1 hour.

Day 3
Refresh & Rejuvenate with Sandalwood Polish
Begin with a short doctor consultation to assess progress and make adjustments based on sleep, appetite, energy levels, and overall comfort. Then move into Yoga (1 hour) focused on stretching, posture, and breathwork.
Afterward, enjoy Abhyangam, followed by a sandalwood-based ritual and Body Polish for gentle exfoliation and a refreshed feel. Conclude with Keshasamrakshanam, a traditional scalp and hair-care therapy that nourishes and relaxes the head, neck, and shoulders. Daily duration: Ayurveda treatments 1 hour 30 minutes + Yoga 1 hour.

Day 4
Closure and Final Doctor Review
Start the day with a short doctor check-in to review your overall response to the programme and share simple take-home guidance (daily routine, food preferences, and wellness tips). Follow with a gentle Yoga session (1 hour) to integrate the benefits of the retreat.
After breakfast, pack up at a relaxed pace and checkout. You’ll then be dropped at the airport as per your flight schedule. Daily duration: Yoga 1 hour (treatments may not be scheduled on departure day depending on flight timing).
