Iris Holidays delivered a seamless, memorable experience from start to finish

We just concluded our 7-day family tour across Kerala, traveling with my parents, and I must say Iris Holidays delivered a seamless, memorable experience from start to finish. Right upon our arrival at Kochi Airport, we were warmly received by a representative of Iris Holidays, who thoughtfully walked us through the complete 7-day journey details. It was immensely reassuring and resolved all our initial questions right away.

Our chauffeur, Santosh Ji, deserves special recognition. Driving across the hill roads and coastal stretches, he was exceptionally polite, humble, and patient. He was deeply knowledgeable about every sightseeing spot, briefing us on key details before reaching each destination. Because he communicated effortlessly in both Hindi and English, coordination was completely stress-free. Thanks to his punctual and careful driving, we reached every destination comfortably without a single hiccup. The hotel arrangements at Thekkady (Abad Green Forest) and Kovalam (Abad Harmonia) were very comfortable, senior-friendly, and well-managed. The rooms were clean, the check-in process was smooth, and the food spreads were satisfying throughout. Stay arrangements at other places were booked by own.

The highlight of our holiday was undoubtedly the private premium houseboat cruise in Alleppey. A huge thank you to Iris for accommodating my specific request for a boat with a proper upper deck. The vessel assigned to us was identical down to the last detail to the photos shared prior to booking, and cruising through the backwaters with my parents on the upper deck was an absolute delight. Every facility promised was delivered without compromise, perfectly matching our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Iris Holidays to anyone looking for a reliable, well-curated Kerala holiday.
