Creative And Commercial Executive (Groups)
This role sits at the heart of our group travel product — shaping commercial packages that convert, while keeping the Iris Holidays experience personal and high-quality.
You will work closely with product, sales and marketing to build offers, refine pricing narratives, and support campaigns that bring more travellers to Kerala and beyond.
Responsibilities
Commercial
- Develop and refine group tour packages with clear commercial positioning
- Coordinate with product and operations on inclusions, pricing and availability
- Support seasonal campaigns and promotional offers
- Monitor competitor packages and recommend improvements
- Prepare briefs and content inputs for marketing creatives
Skills/Experience Required
- 2+ years experience in travel, hospitality or tourism marketing
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel / Sheets and basic CRM tools
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial targets
- Based in or willing to work from Kochi
